Serrita Parker is the founder of Serrita Parker Wellness & Coaching and the creator of the Embodied Goddess Activation™, a transformational initiation that guides women out of hiding and back into embodied presence, expression, and integrated leadership.
Her work is devoted to women who are high-capacity, intuitive, and deeply perceptive—women who have carried responsibility, survival, and strength for a long time, yet feel a quiet longing to be fully seen and fully alive. Through ritual, embodiment, and lived integration, Serrita supports women in reclaiming their voice, stabilizing their nervous systems, and living visibly without burnout or self-erasure.
Serrita has guided women across cultures and backgrounds through identity-level transformation—helping them move from survival into presence and from hiding into lives that feel honest, grounded, and fully lived.
Her work is rooted in decades of lived spiritual practice and leadership. Serrita does not ask women to become someone new. She guides them in remembering who they already are and learning how to live as her—safely, sustainably, and without apology.
